I am planning to get my license as soon as I turn 18 and I was wondering if there is any way I can get involved in real estate while being under 18 and with no license but I also want to get paid?

Let them know there’s a balance due and give them the opportunity to pay, but don’t expect miracles.

Why aren't they out there wholesaling??? 

Or could I 3 properties flow into one account and pay all expenses from there.  

HI Andrew, There can be some flexibility around the 2 year history depending on the situation. 

Are there any LLC-buyer specific potential pitfalls that we should be wary of?

There are ups and downs with any property and there will always be variables with tenants, rents, repairs etc.

I haven't been in Detroit long but I've gained quite a bit of knowledge there about the section 8 and housing markets there in general.
