@John Jessie are those interested in buying investors themselves, or end users who want to buy the house and finish themselves?

They'll go to end users who always pay more. 

But I do think it’s a valuable tool and it is very user friendly.

I plan to use real estate commissions as well as growing equity in my primary residence to jump into Buy and Hold (Specifically BRRRR) at a later date and work towards building cash flow from rentals. 

The cost was $29 for a one time purchase and was very user friendly and well organized.
