As my portfolio grows and general life is getting busier, I am looking for some ways to deal with some of the more mundane/routine tasks.

Actually the forum post has a title, and it has an OP, and typically on the internet we respect the OP and what the purpose of the thread was for.  

I do spend time there @Chris Watson, but I wrote a specific algorithm a years ago the scrubs the internet for data I input.

Expense your electric, water, sewer, internet, shovel, water hose, etc. 

For example, my electrician, plumber, HVAC guys, well guys, and so on will not be doing task that my handymen can do.

The Internet was in it's infancy and there was no such thing as Google.

Find a rockstar agent - through BiggerPockets, Meetups, internet search and referrals you can find a realtor that regularly work with off-market distressed property.

However, it is not a small task in the slightest.

Even trying to do the BRRRR is hard and takes a lot more work to find the right deal. unless i do the work myself which i am willing to.I am young and quite new to the REI space but for the last several years i have consumed RE knowledge daily thru a couple trusted sources. i understand what im trying to do is definitely no easy task but with immigrant parents i was raised to work hard so i will adapt to whatever is necessary.
