So maybe it's time to tackle Richmond!

We're willing to tackle what others might consider scary, but tools like Loopnet/Craigslist are either not effective in finding what we're after or what we're after simply doesn't exist anymore.

I am looking for others who are looking to make their first deal and would like to team up, so that we can all tackle the first deal together.What I envision is a team that will branch out and start gathering possible deals, where we can help each other out along the way.

Thats a lot of steps to tackle in one shot.

But how do we tackle Lead Paint issues or Asbestos problems?

I am tackling the initial steps of learning about investing by taking one or two challenges a month and trying to get those done.

Just not sure if I have the time or experience to tackle all of the maintenance and juggling of 2 renters.

Don't get me wrong I have closed deals from leads on this system, but I notice I'm getting more and more responses lately of prospects saying system looks like spam
