Southwest Detroit is kinda stable. 

There are 3 Asset managers in the Denver Region which is most of the Southwest US. 

It has beautiful glass windows all over and it looks out on mountains and desert - very scenic in the Southwest US.He has a plan for tenants in 3/4 of the space, but has one more unit (about 4,500 Square feet) that he is trying to fill.

As an anecdote, I was once recruited for this team that boasted they had over 200 listings on this island down here in Southwest Florida.  

And actually more east northeast as that is closer to Chicago with higher population density and better shopping and entertainment amenities versus none of the above south and southwest except for cornfields and small towns
