I would love to help my college-aged siblings get into property before entering the real world, but I haven't been able to figure out how to do so without taking on some risk myself, and as I am still in my 20s as well and seeking to get established with my own asset base, I am not yet in a position to do so.  

@Bobby Larsen so no first hand experience with actual money in Albuquerque but my father and step mother have owned property there along with my siblings.

I have 4 other siblings, which we are all trying to figure out the best possible solution to save the house so they can (at the very least) have shelter.

I believe the owner is out of state, as am I, but I have parents/siblings 45 minutes away.Currently only offers bookings by phone, not even email.

My siblings asserted their preferences and I was obliged to acquiesce to their wishes.
