What are a few sentences that can begin to be used to attract investors and people I already know? 

On Craigslist, I could add enough html so that there would be blank lines between sentences and bullet points.But, even though I transferred over the Craigslist code to Zillow, the Zillow description is just 1 big blob of unreadable text.

You mentioned the guy had saved some money, now that might be an issue in a short sale, the bank will want some of that, so in order to keep his cash he may need to trade that off with his credit dinged for 3 years, if he changes his ways he can put that behind him, it's not a life sentence and the lesson learned might be a good start in being a better provider for those kids!

I use one that's only 4-5 sentences long.

@Sarah Pratt,In that case, I would re-instate the charges and, if found guilty, ask at sentencing that all penalties be trebled as punishment for the retaliation.... or, knuckle under and allow yourself and everyone after you to be bullied with impunity.The choice is yours.

The lease can't say anything related to something like before the expiration of the lease tenant or you have to give some kind of notice (ask me how I know that :D We are sitting and waiting for relocation permit just because of this sentence) or that the term of the lease can be extended.
