Have any of you found any diffusers or other form of deodorizers to be particularly effective in your STRs that aren’t overpowering or otherwise like a nuclear odor bomb going off like those gyro style twist and open air fresheners?

I also think about what a client would think if they compared a resume filled with different titles and licenses versus someone who only had a license and history under one title.

Some are ok but some are total flops- even with the promising resume they show.

Try resuming mail to an older list and see if your results are similar.

Unless you plan on working for someone else and need something to put on a resume, a degree (in anything) is useless. 

Even if you start out as an assistant or receptionist, this will be an awesome way to build your resume for the future.

That is where partnering with someone that has the resume comes in handy.

Talking to the residential LO for commercial financing is like walking onto a vanilla Ford car dealership for an 18 wheeler, or talking to the solar panel salesman for a nuclear power plant you want to build.

Not a single nuclear power plant would exist without government stepping in to insure them and manage the waste.
