For example Wolf ranges have a 8 months lead time, so I need to order them when I start, windows have a longer lead time than usual due to residual effects of covid and supply chain, so those to I need to order ahead of time (by that i Mean a head of what is normal) All I can say is I am doing everything a person can do, to make sure they dont go over budget and time.

One is they only allow it to offset the PITI/expense and then any residual income cannot be added to your gross income.

Certain businesses I can't own due to moral complications etc. and how I feel about it.The more I think about it the more I am leaning to a no on businesses.If I keep income streams to three then I think I might have the life I want:- Closing transactions with my commercial clients- Buying commercial property directly for myself- Starting a fund or syndicate to go after retail turnaround properties.Even when you make a lot of money it's all about the residuals so they come in no matter if you are working or not.

But to be honest, I am not looking to become a millionaire, I am just looking to add 3k USD to my residual income with US realty and then my canadian stuff will do the rest and I can retire at 40 ;)Also looking at Irish land too to get EU citizenship ;) but that's another game.

Heat is a great way to treat bed bugs but it should be used in conjunction with a residual product to help treat the insects that may survive the heat treatment or insects that are reintroduced by your tenant.

I believe they can clean it well enough that they can test the walls again and get a negative result for that price, but I am not confident that will actually get all the residue out of the house (I would imagine it gets into the attic insulation, rafters, etc., since everything vents into the attic).
