We got one for residential remodeling and it paid for itself within the third job.

The first property is rented; the second property is very nearly complete with the remodel.

HELP I NEED ADVISE IN THE WORST WAY.I THOUGHT ABOUT SAVING IT,REMODELING A FEW THINGS THAT NEED IT,AND POSSIBLY TRY TO SALE IT WITHIN A CPL OF YEARS.

You'll need several on your list because there will be times when your favorite contractor is on another job and you'll have to use another one that's on your list and available when you need them.I don't know about your area but if you're really in need survey the Home Depot parking lot for the vans and trucks with signs on them marked Contractor, Home Remodeling, etc.. 

I want to sell one property use the proceeds to find and fix and flip a propertyMy hope is that in two years I can manage to do enough flips to make six figure profitsI have some experience doing remodels and renovations as I have had to do this to make apartments and houses tenant ready.I also have experience designing for an upscale look since most of my renovations have been hgtv worthyMy question is how do I lessen that learning curve.

After all, now I had an ARV estimate from an experienced expert.I met with the seller and discovered that he had been in the remodeling business previously.

I just wanted to know if there are any contractors, rehabbers, or remodelers in the Milwaukee area looking for some extra help, that might be willing to train.Currently I work as a TIG welder, which has been great to me for pretty much my whole career seen high school.
