Also you can do a non-recourse loan in multifamily CRE 5+units however the lowest loan size I have closed with this is $500k on a very low LTV loan (like less than 20% LTV) .

The main difference is that you can't deduct the principal portion of your mortgage payment (even though it affects cash) but you can deduct depreciation (even though it doesn't affect cash).

There are known "aggressive breeds" that constitute a combination of size, temperament, etc. to form this list of aggressive breeds which would theoretically be more of a liability.I also settled on a pet deposit, not a pet fee or pet rent.

You will very likely have a lower rate on the 22 acres and a higher rate on the 70 acres.If you want any portion of this property to be free and clear, the lender will have to release that bit of land from the mortgage that currently encumbers it.
