Due to this grant experiment and our culture, financial systems, rule of law, ect, we have trained vast swaths of our population to think that it is ok to dare greatly, to take risks, and bold strike out on their own with less fear of failure, societal stigma, exclusion from job markets than in most other places and most other time periods.

The mob which now runs the city is up in arms that they dare not rent their property to the lowest bidder!

I know diddly squat on auto repair, so I would never dare inject and argue with an auto repair pro, I would ask questions.

And It is happening at the high end (over $0.5 million) and the lower end too, so I wouldn't dare to say it will or won't happen on any particular property.
