I have this future vision of owning 20 homes in 5 years, as they are affordable.

The new ownership of FLS has a young new vision for foreclosure reporting and training, a vision that I have confidence in.  

I just don't have the experience or vision to see the big picture!

Hence the medium term vision to scale once i've build my track record. 

I'm looking around for a 5-10 unit to just scope different areas and what's available online (though i have heard anything listed is something nobody wants - not sure how much truth there is to this with multi property) and not sure whether metro (like close to down town areas) are better or the areas peripheral to the metro areas or in the suburbs.

What started out as simply wanting to purchase a mountain home in a neighboring state has turned into a completely changed vision.

Put up a bulletin board (some people cal it a Vision Board), somewhere you will see it everyday, and tack up pictures of jewelry, clothes, a vacation house, even a picture of $100 bills....whatever motivates you to take action, and take the steps that will get you closer to being able to buy all the things you want in life.
