Hi All,As far as finding deals there are million ways to do so: direct marketing, using locals, real estate agents, contractor tips, foreclosure ads and on and on.If I'd wanted to start on a certain channel. let's say website browsing, which one would you recommend ?

Technically the inspection for my first unit passed, so I may wait for it to be an official repair before doing it.
