Even if you are talking infants, what if one crawls off of a stair way, or eats leadbased paint chips?

I am going to chip in my 2 cents here.

Infact so hard that a piece from a chip can cut you.

I am a computer engineer (Chip Design), I retired in 2000 after the company I worked for, completed a successful IPO.

These days he mostly flies by himself to stay current, though the kids think it's a treat to go to breakfast (usually chocolate chip pancakes) with dad at another airport.

FHA assumes lead base paint if prior to 1978 but no problem there just can be no chipping or peeling paint at time of FHA appraisal.

I'd stay away from travertine. because of concerns about its durability- it'll chip and scratch and is porous which can be troublesome if somebody spills something on it.And, I have to disagree with choosing ceramic tile because porcelain is less likely to chip and less likely to show damage if it does get damaged whereas you'll see a different color underneath ceramic if you chip that.I put in porcelain tiles in the most trafficked areas in my place because I thought it was going to be so durable and hassle free.

I don't want to be the one to put the chips on the table and apply. 8 years of operating would put the 3rd unit creation around 2006 / 2005 time range.
