I have a real estate agent on the team, so anyone that wants to get retail for the house we will just list it. trying to monetize every lead that comes in since we are spending $$$ on these leads.

But THEY still monetized mE by my click throughs, time spent oN THE WEBSITE (aLL OF THESE STUPID CAPS ARE THE NEW APP) seeing adds, listening to the podcasts and maybe down the road a pro account when I finally stop beating around the bush.

(Sorry Michael, I wasn't able to wholetail this, but was able to monetize the lead in the form of wholesaling it).Long story short, I put the house under contract for $20k.  

Would you rule out listings entirely from your tool belt if you were able to monetize more leads that way? 

Its how you identify these leads and target your well-crafted message that makes the phone ring and it's if you can convert them cost effectively in order to monetize.

I generally have to speak to about 50 sellers before I get a "deal".But one thing I do is to try to monetize every call in some kind of way.

I even posted my plan to monetize my Social Security payment into over an over $600,000 lump sum using my appreciation as collateral. 

@Wendy Li I would try to monetize the amount of the value she has 'cost you' because of the requirement to disclose it as a grow house (and all check to make sure that disclosure also applies to legal operations), and tell her to pay it to you in the form of increased rent.
