You should find someone that has done this and see if they will mentor you.

Usually there is a great mix of individuals from mentors, investors and casual investors to contractors and wholesalers who are eager to talk shop.

Thanks to all of those in my network that have either supported me or mentored me along the way in one form or another no matter how small.
