It's relatively easy to doctor paycheck stubs and W2s and make it look legit. 

Good contractors are tough to find, so this is the perfect platform to establish credibility among the investor community.

You can use propstream to get the owner name and then use platforms like fastpeoplesearch to get their numbers. 

I can see how it would be a red flag, but get the whole story because maybe they are legit and it could be a mutually beneficial situation. 

I never had issues with any tenants we placed when we used it, and we placed probably 40-50 on that platform before switching out. 

They also leverage online platforms like BiggerPockets and local real estate Facebook groups to network and find leads.

It is not based in the US, so some of the language of the templated messages can be a little off, but I think you should tweak your messages to suit your style and property, regardless of the platform you use.
