We're amazed and wonder how you are so lucky, because the few times that we have trusted guests to do something like "bring a 25 pound dog" it ends up being an 80 pound mixed breed dog that barks all of the time.  

Now there's only 1 or 2 of them, plus a few males, 2-3 dogs, and there is sad looking traffic going in & out of the house.   

If it’s a larger home that could see a dip in occupancy during those months it may be worth it to take the 15% cut but have it fully booked!

Dealing with the management company has also entailed their typical issues, but at least you have far more leverage on a larger property.  

Small units, 1 bedroom or smaller, attract travel nurses. 3 bedroom or larger homes are great for insurance placements.

While 2300 sqft is on the larger side, it’s not necessarily a drawback, especially since you need to live in the property for at least a year.
