Jeff agreed that is not an appropriate loan for a SIDRA or private individual.. also in 22 years the collateral could be toasted.. 

But what about this option - you get on the phone with the individual and a realtor and let this person give the realtor access.

If you are seasoned or have a lot of capital, there are much bigger players you can look at.
