The replacement period begins on the earlier date of the following: Disposition of the condemned property The beginning of threat or imminence of condemnation For personal-use property, the replacement period ends two years after the end of the firstyear in which any part of the gain is realized.

Republicans vote on Nov. 9th....Yes, I know, and you and I can agree to disagree, my gut feeling, overall will be to stay on the track we are, it is slow but deregulation, increasing military spending, reducing taxes, doing away with programs (vs mofifications) and doing away with health issues just isn't the way I see things.

It's not excluding children, it's limiting the number of occupants given the available living space, which is deemed necessary for the health and well-being of the inhabitants.Of course, this is a general rule.

I then get to enjoy the benefits of that relationship far into the future, thus reducing my efforts, frustration and stress.Of course, being "a dick" can also get you what you want, but it generally breeds frustration, requires you to continually work to build more relationships because you're constantly destroying the ones you have and causes stress that will ultimately lead to health problems and a reduced life span.Given that I dislike frustration, I'm lazy (as you pointed out earlier in the thread) and I want to live a long time, I tend to go the nice route...at least much of the time.But to each his own...GA for me is a far different playground that doesn't produce nearly the same results.
