Luckly I do have family in realestate so once I get my license they will guide me.

I did lots of W2 jobs in my Working Joe career learned from all of them and got to work with many really great folks.People find their way into guiding others by inspiring them.

You can still have an attorney represent you at the hearing and guide you on the paperwork, but just shouldn't have them file it.

@Danielle Jackson I do have a consultant who is going to guide me the whole way so I am learning as much as I can as to not have to rely on him or to be able to believe in what he says, he has done 15 new constructs in the area I will be building.
