It is definitely one of the most genuine sources of real estate information I have come across, next to my local REIA meetings.

I hang out with like minded people who believe in helping those at any level of thier investing careers as i have mentors of my own who genuining are excited about my company's success and the sucess of others and i pass those value to the group of new investors in my network here where i live while enriching my self with the knowledge they bring to the table as i only invest in multi-family units at this time.It's always enriching to be around like minded people here.

The returns are great, and people are genuinely thankful to have a house with fresh paint and clean carpets.

I would love to transform old apartment units into energy-efficient, higher-end units.
