They are both great at learning the fundamentals.

I'm willing to work on sites, do office work, run errands, whatever I need to do and learn along the way.I'm a recent graduate from Florida State University with degrees in Classics and English, was on the Dean's List every semester, and am currently working from home as a webmaster/web designer in the marketing and sales department of a local travel agency.

Since you spoke of DM needing to evolve how is your web presence ?

I would only add that if yiu can structure your deals so they work on the basis of borrowing your capital on the value of the asset as-is, rather than the ARV, fundamentals will be more in your favor.  

I also don't want to get involved in a tangled web of complication as Karen noted since I think it will probably sell well in a complete stage.
