I think @Greg Harriman made an excellent point that often gets forgotten - what big capex expenses are you anticipating in the near future?

Have  I forgotten anything huge?

Outside of that, I'm an entirely blank slate whose past is forgotten and personality varies upon what needs be.

Love to get advice on anything I have mentioned or what you might know I have forgotten to mention. 

The 2nd door was so much easier and by the time I hit the 3rd or 4th, I had forgotten how hard it was getting started on the 1st one.

These are the things I did learn by taking the course, and also things that I may not remember, that is where choosing a good sponsoring broker will come into play because they will educate me on the things I am not familiar with or have forgotten.

Add anything and everything you can to cover yourself against any contingency that they may have forgotten.
