I have over 15 year experience in the maintenance field and 7 years as maintenance supervisor.

It needs a drain field in the back building and there is no room for one.

Side-note: the parents passed away well over a decade ago and there was no will.I'm not an expert in this field, but this does not seem right.

I was wondering if I can be a student to someone who is in the real estate field and that doesn’t mind teaching me the ropes along the way

Not meaning to offend anyone, but from what I understand this is an unregulated field and anyone that is considered "Qualified" is someone simply  that hasn't been disqualified.   

KDP Septic based in Phillipsburg is excellent, they put in a complicated 50K system for us in East Amwell Township in the dead of winter this year (high water table on property so needed pump up leech field system, ground was frozen, they have all the heavy equipment needed for something like this).

My career field is also construction project management, working for a general contractor.

Hey there, I’m a new invester right out of college with no debt and a career in my field.

I'm not an economist or specialist in this field, but as an investor and realtor, i don't think this would have any immediate impact on the property values.
