A full exterior/interior rehab will run at about 60k, so you need about 50 years to save up the funds needed for remodelling.

They are also taking a vote to have all exterior lighting the same since we are the only homeowners that have a blue light in our post outside (blue for police support).

It still needs an exterior paint job, updated master bathroom, possibly a roof, at least one AC unit replaced, landscaping, and potentially all new windows within a couple years.

Here is a breakdown: full kitchen remodel, new heater/AC unit/ducting, all the sheetrock in the ceiling was replaced (bad roof had caused leaking, so it was easier to replace it all),  new lightng throughout (can-styled LED lights), ceiling fans, and some other electrical work, painted interior/exterior, and tuck/pointing to a few areas of the brick facade.
