To be honest, the NOVA area seems a bit on the expensive side for starting up but I am definitely looking to network, learn and grow and hopefully make a good passive income till I can switch over to full time rehabbing.

The HOAs and covenants are either non existent in a lot of areas, or fairly Laxed compared to NOVA.
