In many places the parcel number (with all of the required digits, including zeroes) is all you need to find it online.

Plus, you can go in and edit your ad, change the look of the design, etc.

Couple that with a nice double-digit CAP and annual ROI and you may have a winner.I think fire damaged homes are a great target for wholesalers.

Would I be allowed to re-edit mostly everything but keep it as the same layout and ideas you have incorporated?

In the unlikely scenario they give me a fake ss number, or get a digit wrong, I am now in a much worse position to collect unpaid rent if I have to go the collections/garnishment route.I don't know how a landlord can verify that the ss number I have been provided matches the identity that was put online.

Also, I enjoy making and editing videos, do you think and offices need a service like this?
