An update...It took some real patience, but finally received and signed an amicable contract for the featured agent program. 

The program primarily targets corporations and limited liability companies (LLC).Your sole proprietorship is exempt.

An LLC that elects to be treated as a Corp depends on whether the election is C Corp or S Corp.
