We do need to get some repairs done and paint but she will not show until the Corona virus quarantine has been lifted. 

Also have renters lined up that are military (basically guaranteed rent for 2 year contract) but all military are put on hold from relocating due to Corona Virus.

Obviously, this whole coronavirus thing is going to inhibit you a bit from getting out there and meeting up with potential team members.

The effects of coronavirus are horrible, but it's still given me a huge opportunity to learn and do things I hadn't done before.

Because the coronavirus (although temporary) is shutting down retail and restaurants.
