I'll always do high-quality work, and if that means that I lose a sale to a competitor who is doing crappy work and selling at a lower price, so be it. 

If I suddenly changed my mind, I probably wouldn't be able to remember the name or number on the previous card and would go with the next one that came in the mail from a competitor.

If anyone is looking for property managers in other counties I can reach out to other competitors I also work with (but they're all mainly in my area from what I understand).

Not the greatest numbers, though...you get a little more rent, and a lot lower vacancy than competitors, but property managers tell us you won't get enough of a rent bump to pay for the improvements over 36 mos., which is usually my goal.

SAN Jose is predominantly tech and while South SAN Jose is very inexpensive , most Tech companies like to be near their suppliers, competitors, etc.

Sure enough, a competitor of old republic title took a look at the deal and they felt perfectly comfortable with it.  

From what I've seen everyone is so helpful which is so rare to see these days - especially amongst competitors!

@Damon R. at least tow of my main competitors in Baltimore use other people to go out and look at the properties and take pictures.

I do have to say that I have yet to come across anyone that has stolen a deal out from under me and I've even asked competitors for advice on certain areas and properties.
