New flooring, cabinets, tops, appliances, furniture & finishes, added washer dryer, new utility service, tile drain, paver sidewalk, and more!

Cracked floor tiles in the 1/1 unit's bathroom - noted that it may be due to sinking of floor 3.

So a light color LVT or tile and run it 90 degrees different direction Just did this in a kitchen.  

Tile roof, stucco siding, no weather events and 20 year old housing stock makes a big difference. 

For example, the upstairs units in my complex cannot have hard wood floors or tile in the bedrooms, they can only have carpet... and all renovations must be pre-approved by the HOA before they are completed.

Any recommendations from my Hudson Valley friends for a reliable and skilled tile person.

Are you historically rehabbing them, covering them all up, painting them all, veneering/tiling over them?

My first time tiling did not look that great.

I am trying to decide between LVP and hardwood looking tile.
