In most cases the existing footings on post-war homes build around Tampa Bay are strong enough to build on top of.

Have also seen many posts from around the country with investors having the same issues.

I don't see any furnished houses so I am prepared to list my furnished house under the furnished apartments section - but I can't figure out how to post in a designated 'furnished' section?
