The CDC’s nationwide ban on certain residential evictions has been extended until January 31, 2021.

I'm in Canada but had to fill a place as soon as the eviction ban was lifted and so far they seem to be okay tenants. 

I got the renter banned from the rental site, got reimbursed for the fire extinguisher, raised the age limit to 30, max of four adults and max of two cars.

My question is how do I go about properly putting the guest out and can I ban/prevent this guest from coming to the property since the length of her stay was a violation of the lease? 

County update comes as California lawmakers consider extending the statewide eviction ban through the end of 2021, with Assembly Bill 16.

In fact I was banned for few days for asking if anyone has any deals they can share and I can take a look (heads up).

It's about (A) security and (B) an eye-to long term objectives that are situational. 

Once the eviction ban is lifted, tell them they have to pay ( do it in installments over 2 months) or move. 

The ban on evictions is for tenants affected by Covid who had hardships/income interruptions.

As long as the eviction ban is in effect they can stay until its over .
