It would the same brushed satin nickel finish.

If a unit is empty for a bit and a new tenant is not lined up, I usually buy a dollar store toilet brush and plunger if I find a unit doesn't have one when turned over.

You can't spray an entire unit, and then try to touch up with a brush. 2 entirely different textures - the paint is likely matching, but you see different textures and the light reflects differently.

The “plan” is to have the same color in multiple units and take a roller and brush to the areas that need attention without having to worry too much about the remaining areas .

And when I say downtown, I mean 10-15 min radius from downtown (Eastern Market, Brush Park, Corktown) - some of the land is relatively cheap and are more likely to develop over time!
