Hello there malcolm-Welcome to the biggerpockets community and I hope you have much fun browsing through all of the forums and threads.

But if you read through and browse around a bit it could just be a wholesale site...maybe I am wrong.It looks like a whole saler is just using the internet and posting his findings for investors to browse and eventually purchase.

I was browsing the forums but could not find a pre-existing discussion that provided enough information on manufactured home investing.

So far, my only experience in it has been the books I've read, the online discussions in places like BP, and browsing real state listings in the newspaper and Craigslist.I would love to find a way to actually "take the plunge" and buy my first property, but like many others, I'm just kind of nervous about it.

Just browsing through these past couple days, I have that itch again.  

I have browsed a bit but in my area none of them seemed booked up far in advanced.

I will not be the one interfacing with the renters at any point...

I only want to see what's newly listed and price changed since yesterday...that way if I keep current I only need to browse a small list on a daily basis.

I found (again) this site while browsing and looking for articles to share in my Philippine Real Estate websites.I'm interested more on Global real estate trends and practices that I can share to my website readers who are mostly licensed real estate practitioners like myself.
