The old woman in the wheel chair was an old homeless woman he picked up off the street to pretend she was his mother.This was June and the weather extremely hot and this poor woman was dress like she was in Alaska.

A well speaking young man called sent him to the web site he looked over the qualifications and wanted to see the apartment. brought his application + $35 bucks drive in a 2010 BMW 311i well dressed good looking guy. loved the apartment handed us the application did a background check and 20 pages printed out rather than 4 he had 31 felony convictions 3 evictions 4 times in his life he did 3 years out of a 5 year sentence and bigest shocker I was alone in the apart with his guy Holy Hell  ( clears voice--- REJECTED- 

First MeetingI didn't go dressed like I had money (I didn't have a lot of money at that time, but wife was beginning to bring a lot of W2 income and I wanted to be proactive in making the right moves for taxes and wealth management).

We went into the room where they do the auction, and didn't look as out of place as I had originally thought we would - I had attended an auction as research before, but it was a regular foreclosure auction, and there were a bunch of lawyers dressed like what I assume actual adults are supposed to dress like - ties, pants suits, etc.

All that said,  SP also has a great, active, engaged community,  several festivals over the course of the year  (its the only neighborhood I've seen people in full tradiitional dress riding horses down side streets for fiestas patrias for example) and neighbors put on an all-out august night out against crime every year.
