@Valerie Rogers my units are remote as well making it more difficult to refill bigger bottles.  

No don't stage the small room, it makes it look smaller. but try the dress up the kitchen area put some vine bottles some flowers in bathroom. 

I going to crack open that bottle of champagne in the fridge and we are celebrating tonight!

Then I brought them a bottle of wine and fresh raked cape cod clams. 

It won't protect you against a flood, but it prevents cabinet deterioration from leaking cleaner bottles, etc.

@Tim Fitzgerald  to funny I know Dave Del Dotto  he has two wineries in the Napa valley one right across the street from my house.. ( moved a few years back) but when I lived there I would go over and end of he day share a bottle of cab with him and he would regale me in lore of yesteryear.. he has killed it in the premium wine business though and if you ever to out to Napa do check out his wineries the one on Atlas peak by my house has great caves and he does experimenting with different kinds of barrels and barrel tops.. to create some interesting blends.. 

They will refuse of course but you can use it as an excuse to see if they will be gone in time.Take them a little gift basket or a bottle of wine to keep them happy.

ive been doing some research driving around my area and came across this house . its a 3bedroom 2 bath , 2 car garage with a pool . the house was buildt in 1999 . however has been vacant for 2-3 years according to the neighbors . the story goes that an elderly person died in the house . this is fairly common in hernando county florida . but after a walk around the property . the house is in need of mild repairs . a fresh paint and drain of the pool a fresh paint of the house and that's on outside inspection ,and the a/c looks newer the roof looks original so I'm figuring another 10 yrs on the roof   I did see shampoo bottles in the bathroom however I cant go in the house for a more formal inspection ,  comps show the house to be worth around 110,000.
