Not sure yet what the pitch will be at the end of the 3-day event but Phill has done 1000s of deals and has direction for every possible scenario. 

I'm primarily in a judicial foreclosure state and so that's where the fun lies for me because I create standing for myself to beat the bank/finance company at their own game and walk away with either the paper or the property free and clear.

Maybe consider small claims court if you do not find a faster and more promising route.

Sure as hell beats paying $40k to an actor fronting for a real estate marketing company operating out of Las Vegas or Salt Lake City and providing guidance by a failed salesman reading answers from a script.

If that is the case I could get a permit for the bathroom only and not the rooms, which might be faster.

I hope to have personal credit and tax issues resolved but I know that will be at minimum 6 to 8 months' time assuming no more medical emergencies or health issues.
