However lately I have come across several success stories of people killing it doing real estate wholesaling who are even younger than me and it has inspired me to dive in right now even though I'm young, and don't have everything figured out.

I’ve never owned rental property but I’ve become inspired by seeing some the the podcasts on BP.

I had a rogue board member that was my "inspiration" to diversify, which led to RE, which led to FI, which led to FIFY (I'll let you figure out what FIFY means 😉 ).

At M&A we define them as the expenses that we incur at closing. 

If your goal is to market yourself to potential clients, then share inspirational success stories (i.e. how did you drastically improve a client's life?).
