Attended first webinar on buying multi family units. Not much new info but definitely got the creative juices flowing. Reached out to friend for investment opportunities. Should I consider Limited partnership for future inbestments?

Quick background I have been in prison nine years. Lots of book knowledge on real estate, business structure, and asset protection. Prior to incarceration owned construction business. Lots of construction experience.Soon will be starting business again.

I have zero credit and little capitol. Also work history short. My money will be going to start LLC.

Friend has good credit more working capital.

Should I go LP for each individual investment?
