This doesn't even include holding costs.I understand you are putting sweat equity but those numbers are tight..If you build you need to automatically profit on equity or else it's pointless.. usually 20% to make it worthwhileGood luck

It’s just one of those “oops” that I deal with daily in contracting and have to not let it get to me.As far as the realtor mentioning that they removed insulation, and I assume replaced it.....of course they did, there was a leak, a leak automatically means there was water, but not necessarily mold.
