Hoping someone had some ideas on verbiage/ don’t want them accusing cleaning person of stealing/ breaking or something out of the ordinary.Thank you!

Somebody wanting to sue for you backing out of a bad deal or accusing you of selling them a property with defects like unknown termite damage).

I have not heard of someone being accused of discrimination based on a letter.

That is a pretty serious accusation.

Just make sure if you turn them down, everything is documented just incase you get accused of profiling or something like that.

I really resent that you are accusing me of not performing due diligence, and my sentiment is obviously shared by more than one person in this discussion.

I have a property up for rent and I got a zillow application that I denied for not having 2.5x income to rent ratio as well as not showing any employment history.This person called my cell and went in a tirade about the denial accusing me of not wanting to rent to her because I don't want section 8 and that its illegal to deny her on income.

But if you do, be kind & professional, not judgmental or accusing.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not accusing them of spamming the boards or anything like that but a lot of the video material seems (to me, at least) very infomercial-like.
