I know a lot of realtors and property managers are saying that demand is picking up, and I believe them, but real talk, I want to hear it from the horse’s mouth.

It’s usually not advisable to switch horses midstream, but this is crazy.

If that is the case, my friend, you have put the cart in front of the horse. 

So, I hired an attorney and every time I thought I had a plan to settle with the seller my attorney purposely made the seller angry so he could get more money from me.The seller purchased 100 acres in northern California, moved his horses there and went bankrupt.

It is not simply a "college city" or any other kind of one-horse town. 

I'm not going to beat a dead horse I think you get it.
