So I found an attorney to help me do an evection and the tenant found an attorney that help them figure a loophole to not get evicted. My attorney was going to help me counter and he hasn’t made any real new move in months now and he always has a reason for being busy.

The same attorney was going to help evict  another tenant., The tenant owed me approximately $6000. The tenant was trying to bring me $2000 so he could not pay me again in a long period time. I wouldn’t except it and the attorney excepted it and the tenant hasn’t paid me sense the and that was in January. The attorney doesn’t want to talk about it right now, because he’s got other things to do. The tenant that  brought him that $2000 in January the attorney still hasn’t mailed it to me nor communicate  with the tenant or anything. It’s usually not advisable to switch horses midstream, but this is crazy. Has anybody else experienced this kind of stuff and had to switch attorneys midstream? Does anybody know of any good attorney in San Antonio that can help?

    Replied
I am practicing law wrong I guess. I need to charge more and do a worse job. In seriousness I would threaten to report him for malpractice.
