Had hundreds of calls/emails inquiring and wanting to see it (so many that I could only return about half of them).I ended up doing just two open houses for just one hour each....one on Friday evening and one on Saturday morning.

Well, I close on my first investment property on Friday - crazy timing, I know.

At least here in Upstate NY, Orkin as of Friday is doing interiors only on request (as in, happy to do them but only if customer says "please do the interior").I texted each tenant and explained they could say "yes" or "no" to interior treatment at this time - so far all who have replied have said "yes". 

Latest update is that my loans are ready for the next step (this happened Thursday night/Friday morning).

I called the SBA Friday morning.

I got a payoff from PA on Friday.. so that escrow closed on Friday.this might be the thing that makes East coast title process more west coast..
