I would guess rents are low compared to sales prices, because every local is probably parking their cash in real estate if they have cash, before it is worth nothing.Also many countries have no leverage or no leverage for foreigners, so cash only game

So it's an all cash game, with heavy consequences if you don't follow through.There is a calendar on the website that details the properties going up for auction.

Knowing this, its a numbers game and you will have to build out a buyer list of individuals who meet one of the two categories I noted as those are your buyers.
