The latter appears to be true judging by your BP profile. 

Another thing I suggest is to put that city name in here as a keyword alert on your profile so you know when people area talking about it and look for any forums specifically for that city. 

You are right, we want to choose the target tenant pool before choosing the property profile.  1.  

I also forgot to mention - Zillow doesn’t do the background and credit checks, but I do believe renters can fill out some sort of “profile” that may or may not be useful to you.

I was able to send one the other day, from someone's profile, that had a "contact me" link on it, but now any time I type someone's name in the "new message" window, it resets itself...I see the note that I can only send messages to one user at a time until I upgrade, but does that actually mean I can only have one active message thread at any given time? 

I recommend you put a profile picture too.
