@Christopher Vargas South up on Las Vegas Blvd has a lot of new development with many amenities near by: bus lines, shuttles, grocery stores, newer local casino with bowling, movies, restaurants.

I've seen that movie before. 

My 2023 goal is to partner with someone(s)on a ~500-acre village in Tennessee (willing to consider other states if the land is right) by the water consisting of: A-frames, tiny homes, glamping tents, and treehouses complete with amenities I have come across on my travels: zorbing, zip ling, outdoor movie theater complete with stationary classic cars and space for outsiders to bring their vehicles in to park, above ground shipping container pools with see through plexiglass, lake blob, monthly mini burning mans, pool/sand volleyball, outdoor music venue, drone racecourse, 3d print stations, planetarium, and other ideas to get people to "stop the scroll" and provide the most unique experience imaginable.

I spent some timelooking at this color wise, and the green part, might be original color, but if the trim is in A-1 Shape, a gloss or semi-gloss off white might make the building look bigger, and more energetic vs a movie prop restoration.

A new school has been built in front of my house, new stores are coming in, a movie theater was built near by, and there is interest from Amazon to built more warehouses.

Hotels that have room for hundreds of people often only have a couple people a day use the gym.I don't see taking up space with gym equipment for people on vacation as the best use of a space that could be used for something else like a game room, movie room or another bedroom.

I'm starting a STR management business and I wonder when you get several listings how do you go to lunch, dinner, the movies, take a nap or enjoy a vacation and still respond quickly without a VA.
